1) Avocado
These days, you can’t seem to go a day without seeing avocado! They’re so popular that restaurants have even opened that specialize in avocado dishes. While avocado seems to be enjoying its day in the sun, savvy eaters have enjoyed it many years. Avocado can really improve your health, and it is great for a diet for dental health.
Avocado flesh is full of prebiotic fiber that promotes healthy digestion. These types of fiber feed probiotic bacteria in your oral and gut microbiome. Healthy digestion is important for overall bodily health and wellbeing. That said, certain avocados have more fiber than others. The dark green Haas variety has more fiber than the lighter green Florida avocados. So if you’re looking to max your fiber, you can choose these.

I am planning our Christmas dinner so that my kids would keep their teeth healthy after candy-binging during Halloween. What I found surprising is that avocados contain prebiotic fiber that feeds on probiotic bacteria in order to maintain healthy digestion. Aside from these foods, I will find a clinic to get their teeth checked and cleaned for them in order for them to be able to eat properly and help their teeth grow into strong ones as they get older.

You can swish with salt water and use something like ambesol for sore gums. Make an appointment with your dentist. You could have an abcess in the making.
And, quit brushing so hard.

One source tells us not ot eat butter, as it raises cholesterol, your source is telling us to eat butter, because it is healthy for teeth… My conclusion is: your body isn’t your evil. It “asks” you for food, which is right for you. Thus, what you want to eat something right now, you should eat it.. This is the right food for you. The only thing is not to overeat. Nothing that is out of a norm is good.
